Four Must Know ClickBank Tips

Here are some tips and tricks for getting the most out of ClickBank.
1. If advertising through a PPC (Pay Per Click) search engine such as Google Adwords, base your financial estimates on 1 sale every 50 clicks. Start by bidding not more than $0.05 US and make sure you make a 1 in 50 sale 100% of the time. When you bid 5 cents your total cost for 50 clicks is going to come out to $2.50. Therefore, your commission needs to be $5. The reason I suggest using this low number is to be conservative while you’re still learning the process. This is called ‘limiting your losses’, and it’s something stock market and Forex investors do.

2. Do some research on what keywords will convert those clicks and what your ads will say. I will say more on this in later chapters. Take the time to learn what you need to know to make it work.

3. Hang in there and be persistent. You’ll have to put in a fair amount of work finding keywords. Then you’ll have to test them to see which ones really convert. It’s all about testing, testing and more testing. You need to run at least three advertisements simultaneously, varying just the headline. When you find the two headlines with the best CTR, erase the other advertisement ....then iterate again by changing the description. This time, too, use at least three variations. After a week or so, see which description gets the best CTR. Why go to all that trouble? It’s all about getting more targeted clicks for a cheaper cost per click.

4. As far as Return on Investment (ROI) is concerned, look for at least 100%, as in the example above. Of course, it goes without saying that 200 to 500% is even better…

There’s been a lot of positive buzz lately about Google AdWords, and while you’ve probably heard things about it, you may not know exactly how it works.
Google Adwords is a paid advertisement, incorporated into the free Google.com, the world number one search engine. AdWords is one of the hottest new ways to make money online without having to spend a whole lot of money on marketing.

So what does AdWords do that’s so great? It lets you get people’s attention when they’re online surfing for information about products and services that you happen to sell. AdWords sends targeted visitors directly to the site that makes the sale for what you’re offering.

And it doesn’t cost a whole lot. AdWords uses CPC pricing so you only have to pay Google when people click on your ad.

Another nice feature about AdWords is that you get to create your own ads and choose your own keywords to help Google match your ads to your audience.
You’ll have to invest little time writing the ads and picking your keywords, but once you get it set up you can look forward to seeing those nice checks roll in. Or, if you’re totally online, seeing money flow into your PayPal account.
